It is a sad fact that Masonic Dining is in some disrepair, there are some great dining experiences, but there are also some real Mingers. Top of the bad boys list was The Connaught Rooms. Bad all round, its now gone bust. Its a warning.

Hello does anyone have a report on this venue? or any other around Grand Lodge. We are also somewhat disgruntled at present.
Dining Secretary is a difficult task. But have you looked at the fugures? Are you actually paying hundreds of pounds a night just to rent a room? Price the meal and the wine it leaves about £10 per head just to sit down. It's all room hire.
